End of Life
At-home euthanasia allows your cat to stay in their own space, surrounded by people they love. Whether I have cared for your cat before or not, I will make sure that when the time comes, they are treated with the compassion and respect that they deserve.
Death should be peaceful and dignified, in a place where your cat is comfortable and calm.
Knowing when to say goodbye is one of the hardest decisions you will face as a cat owner and I will be there for you every step of the way. During their final days I can offer palliative care at home to control your cat’s symptoms and maintain their quality of life for as long as possible. When the time comes to let go, I will guide you through the process and explain all aftercare options. All arrangements can be agreed in advance tailored to your needs so on the day of the visit you can focus on the quality of your time together in these final moments. I will give your cat a sedative before the final procedure that allows them to fall into a deep sleep and makes their passing as peaceful and gentle as possible.
Whatever your wishes I want you to feel comfortable with the arrangements so please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any special requests.
